NSBE Testimony: Becoming a member of NSBE Jr. as a senior in high school and
attending the fall and regional conferences that year instilled a love for the NSBE
organization ever since. As a first year student at Spelman College, I was a member of
the UMOJA Freshman Board where I served as the Programs Chair. I feel this position
allowed me to have a more comprehensive insight into what was needed to keep the AUC
NSBE chapter running, and also prompted me to pursue my current position of Executive Secretary. I love being a part of the executive board, and helping to contribute to furthering
the NSBE mission!
