NSBE Testimony: As an African-American Engineering student, what better organization to join than NSBE. I don't get involved in something unless I'm fully committed and willing be be a leader. So I went to all the meting I could and was eventually honored to serve on UMOJA as Treasurer. During my NSBE career I've also been chapter Treasurer and continue as this year's Corporate Relations Chair. I look forward to empowering the chapter with more corporate support.
Personal Statement: As the Corporate Relations Chair it's my job to solicit funds from companies for our member's benefit. Last year, we had three sponsors, I hope to at least double that. Visiting sponsors are my responsibility as well, making sure the their AUC experience is more than pleasant so they continue to support us. I'd also like to give our best and brightest students exclusive access to sponsors of their choice. I look forward to a great year!

Interesting Fact: I'm quite the food connoisseur, having grown up in a house with my father as gourmet chef and eating at several of the nations best restaurants has given me a passion for food. I'm finally learning to cook as well!
